Factual ideas and information for videos

Matt Gray, trading as Unnamed Media occasionally welcomes ideas for factual videos within the current formats being produced. While efforts will be made to give credit for ideas where appropriate, the following terms apply:

1. Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Matt Gray trading as Unnamed Media, without any compensation to you.
2. Matt Gray, trading as Unnamed Media may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way.
3. There is no obligation for Matt Gray trading as Unnamed Media to review the submission.
4. There is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

Ideas for show formats, fiction ideas, full scripts, etc

Matt Gray trading as Unnamed Media does not accept or consider unsolicited creative ideas, including but not limited to: quiz, game and show formats; fiction ideas or outlines; and full scripts (collectively, “works”). Please do not submit any unsolicited works in any form: they will not be read and you will not receive a reply. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when the company’s productions might seem similar to works submitted.

If, despite the request that you not send your ideas, you still submit works, then regardless of the contents of your submission or any accompanying text, the same terms shall apply as for factual ideas.
